Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day. So, if you need a late night purchase to fall asleep, 3:00am is just fine with us. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation number via email. When the order is processed, you will be notified by email.
Before you place your first order, you must first create an account. The account page can be found HERE. This account will eliminate painstakingly re-entering personal information. You’ll also be able to create an address book to easily send your orders to different addresses at the click of a button. Returning customers need to merely log in. Please take your shoes off before you enter.
We no longer accept sand dollars, but we do accept currency from these fine establishments.
You will be notified by email when your order has been processed. Not only will it tell you that we have processed your order, but it will also tell you when we expect to ship your order. You will also receive an email when we ship your order.
Your invoice will be emailed directly to you. We suggest that you print this email out as a hard copy for your personal records. You can keep it on your dresser next to the 6th place track and field award from 5th grade.
If you must cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be canceled.
If for some strange reason (shipment destroyed by flood) an item becomes back ordered, we will notify you via email. It is our procedure to wait until all items become available before we ship them. If you would like the order broken up and shipped separately, please let us know. Please note that breaking up an order for shipment might result in additional shipping charges.
